摘要
目的了解山东省基层公共卫生人员身心健康状况及与职业性倦怠的关系,为提高其健康水平和工作质量提供科学依据。方法运用一般人口学问卷、职业性倦怠调查问卷(MBI-GS)及中国心身健康量表,采取随机整群抽样的方式,对山东省4县市585名基层公共卫生人员进行调查。结果呼吸系统、心血管系统、焦虑、抑郁、精神病性5项因子低于常模(P<0.05);身心健康各因子与职业倦怠中的情绪耗竭、职业怠慢成正相关,与专业低效能感无相关。身心健康量表中的抑郁、眼和耳、生殖及内分泌系统、心血管、焦虑是导致情绪耗竭的主要因素,抑郁、焦虑、消化、精神病是导致情绪耗竭的主要因素,神经系统、抑郁是影响专业低效能感的主要因素。结论提高基层公共卫生人员的身心健康水平可降低其职业倦怠程度。
Objective: To understand health conditions of grassroot public health personnel in Shandong Province, and to provide a scientific basis for decisions on improving their health and work quality. Methods: Random cluster sampling was used and the 585 grassroots personnel of public health from 4 counties of Shandong Province was investigated with De- mographic Questionnaire, Maslaeh Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI- GS) and Chinese Psychosomatic Health Scale (CPSHS). Results: The factor of respiratory system, cardiovascular system, anxiety, depression and psychosis were lower than those of norm(P 〈0. 05). The factors of physical and mental were positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and occupational neglect, and there was no relationship with low professional efficacy. Depression, eye, ear, procreation and endocrine systems, cardiovascular systems and anxiety were the main factors of emotional exhaustion. Depression, anxiety, digestion and mental illness were the main factors to emotional exhaustion. Nervous system and depression affected low pro- fessional efficacy. Conclusion: Improving physical and mental health of grassroots public health personnel can reduce job burnout.
