摘要
陶瓷喷墨打印成型技术是一种把计算机辅助制造 (CAM)应用于陶瓷成型中的新技术。它是在计算机控制下多层打印逐层叠加制出三维陶瓷坯体。它在复杂单体陶瓷制造、有序成分复合材料制造 ,固体氧化物燃料电池制造等方面有很好的应用前景。本文概述了陶瓷喷墨打印技术的进展状况。着重介绍了该技术的历史 原理 设备和陶瓷墨水性能要求 ,以及现存的问题。
The ceramic forming technology by ink jet printing is a new technology of which the computer aided manufacture(CAM)is used in ceramic forming.The three dimensional ceramic body is made by sacking layers of printing ceramic ink.This technology has significant implication for the fabrication of complex shaped monolithic ceramic parts,ordered ceramic composites,and solidoxide fuel cells.This paper reviews the technology for ceramic forming by ink jet printing.The emphasis is given to discussion of the development history,fundamental principle,used equipment,properties of ceramic inks and existing problems.
