摘要
心肌纤维化(myocardial fibrosis,MF)动物模型作为MF机制、诊断、药物治疗等实验研究的重要载体,在MF科学研究中发挥着重要作用。文中分别对压力超负荷、免疫损伤、缺血、高糖等因素诱导的MF动物模型进行整理总结,阐述各模型的复制方法及病理过程,揭示不同模型在发病机制、病变特点及适用情况方面的差异,比较各模型的优缺点,为客观、合理地选择与建立MF动物模型提供有力依据。
Myocardial fibrosis(MF) animal models have played a very important role in the research on mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of MF. This article summarizes the establishment of MF animal models induced by pressure overloads, immune injury, ischemia and high glucose. It clarifies the methods and pathological processes of various models and uncovers the difference of patho-genesis, Lesion characteristics, and indications among these animal models. It can provide an effective basis for objective and reasona-ble establishment and choice of MF models through comparing advantages and disadvantages of various MF animal models.
