介绍了东方化工厂 10 0 0m3 乙烯球罐的设计。如设计选材、设计参数的确定、整体方案设计、球壳壁厚的确定、支柱结构设计以及焊后整体热处理、对制造安装的技术要求等 ,并作了简单的理论分析。
Description of the design of 1000m 3 steel spherical ethylene tank of Beijing Dongfang Chemical Works covering material selection, defining of design data, overall scheme design ,determination of shell thickness, structure design of support columns and requirements for PWHT, fabrication and erection has been shown in the paper. Simple theoretical analyses are made.
