摘要
针对工程上两种主要的残余应力测试方法———半无损机械式中心盲孔法和无损X射线衍射技术,分析了二者测量原理、应用范围及优缺点等。并通过对比测试几组具有不同性质试样的表面残余应力水平与分布,对这两种方法的可行性与准确性进行了讨论。
Aiming at the two engineering stress testing methods-semi-destructive central blind-hole method and non-destructive X-ray diffraction technology, the measuring principle, application range and relative merits were analyzed. In addition, several groups of different specimens with different surface residual stress levels and distributions were tested by contrast using the two methods, and the feasibility and accuracy of the obtained results were discussed.
