摘要
铝用预焙阳极生产的主要原料为煅后焦和改质沥青,其中沥青作粘结剂,合理的沥青添加量,可以提高阳极的密度和机械强度、降低电阻率,改善预焙阳极质量。本文结合目前炭阳极生产企业的实际,以理论计算为依据,探讨了如何随着原料、配方组成的变化来调整沥青的配比,论述了骨料预热、糊料混捏工艺参数,以及粉料性能对沥青使用量的影响,从而实现配方中沥青含量达到最佳的目标。
The main raw materials are calcined coke and modified pitch in prebaked anode production process, the pitch is used as a binder, reasonable binder contents can improve the volume density and mechanical strength of anode carbon blocks, also reduce resistivity. In this paper, combining with present producing situation of carbon anode enterprise, according to theoretical calculation, how to adjust the proportion of pitch with raw materials, formula va- rying is discussed. Influences of preheating, kneading temperature and powder properties on binder content are discussed to gain optimum binder content in formula.
