摘要
目的探讨贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择新乡医学院第三附属医院2011年2月至2012年2月确诊并收治的老年充血性心力衰竭患者80例,分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组患者给予贝那普利口服,观察组患者采用贝那普利联合美托洛尔进行治疗,疗程6个月。比较2组患者治疗前后的心率及心功能变化,并比较2组疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者心率均显著下降,心功能改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后观察组与对照组比较,心率下降显著,心功能改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.0%和80.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效较好,可有效改善患者心功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of benazepril Combined metoprolol treatment on geratic congestive cardiac failure. Methods Eighty cases who had made a definite diagnosis of geratic congestive cardiac failure were selected in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from February 2011 to February 2012. The 80 cases were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Conventional therapy was given to the 2 groups, and control group took benazepril while observation group took benazepril and metoprolol for 6 months. The changes of heart rate and heart function before and after treatment were compared and the clinical effect of the two groups was also compared. Results The heart rate decreased and the heart function improved after treatment than those before treatment in the two groups, the differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment of 6 months, the hear（ rate decreased and the heart function improved obviously in observation group compared with those in control group, the difference were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of the observation group and control group were 95.0% and 80.0% , there was significant difference between them（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Benazepril combined metoprolol treatment on geratic congestive cardiac failure has good clinical effect, it can improve the heart function of patients and is worth to be spread in clinic.
