摘要
作为新兴的培训方式,ERP沙盘模拟培训所独具的团队合作和体验式学习方式对于提升学员的综合能力具有重大意义。但是,ERP沙盘模拟培训存在着学习的深度不够、模拟环境与实际差距太大、缺乏完整的评价体系、指导思想存在偏差等问题。面对这些问题,ERP沙盘模拟培训应从加强培训的深度、努力缩短模拟环境与现实的差距、重经营总结、完善评价体系等方面进行改进。
ERP sand table simulation training ,as an emerging experience type training mode ,char-acterized by team work and experience type learning method ,it has great significance of improving learners’ ability in integrative way . However , ERP sand table simulation training still has some problems ,such as the insufficiency of learning depth ,the big disparity between simulating environment and the reality ,the lack of complete evaluation system ,the bias of guiding ideology ect .Confronted with these problems , ERP sand table simulation training should be improved in some aspects , for instance ,enhance the depth of training ,try to shorten the gaps between simulating environment and the reality ,improve the evaluation system ,regular the guiding ideology .
