摘要
构建基于学校、教师、学生、企业"四位一体"的人文素质教育课程体系,制定课程开设原则和标准,明确教学内容和培养目标,改革教学方法与手段,形成多元化的人文素质教育形成性考核机制,能够有效提升大学生的人文素养,使其形成独立的人格、健全的心理,树立终身学习理念,提升职业道德,激发创新意识和潜能,提升就业竞争力和社会适应能力。
The construction of“four in one”humanistic quality education curriculum system based on the schools ,teachers ,students ,enterprises ,established the development of courses at the principles and standards ,cleared teaching content and training objectives ,reformed the teaching methods ,formed a diversified humanistic quality education assessment mechanism that can effectively enhance the artistic and cultural literacy of college students ,to form an independent personality ,sound psychology ,and establish the concept of lifelong learning ,improve professional ethics ,stimulate students’ awareness of innovation and potential ,enhance their employment competitiveness and the ability of social adaptabili-ty .
