摘要
目的:观察和探析优化摆放方式对眼科器械清洗的效果。方法:选取2012年1月至2012年6月期间,我院手术室使用后的2938件眼科器械的处理方式,设为对照组;另选取2012年7月至2012年12月期间,我院手术室使用后的3473件眼科器械的处理情况,设为观察组。两组器械的类型、使用情况等一般资料,没有显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组使用优化摆放后进行清洗,对照组则采用传统清洗方式。结果:观察组的合格率为97.33%,对照组为83.33%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05);经五倍放大镜检测,观察组的合格率为95.33%,对照组为81.33%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组的损耗率为0.24%,对照组的则为0.55%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:优化摆放后大大提升了对眼科器械的保护程度,又不影响清洗效率,进而有效控制医疗成本。故优化摆放方式对眼科器械清洗效果具有积极的价值。
Objective:Analysis and optimization methods on ophthalmic device placed cleaning effect.Methods:From January 2012 to June 2012 period, the hospital operating room after using 2938 ophthalmic device approach, set the control group;another selected from July 2012 to December 2012 period, our hospital surgery room use after 3473 ophthalmic device handle the situation to the observation group. Two types of devices, usage, and other general information, no significant difference (P〉0.05). Resultsr:The pass rate of 97.33%in the control group was 83.33%, respectively, a significant difference (P〈0.05);detected by five times the magnifying glass to observe the group’s pass rate of 95.33%in the control group was 81.33%, two there was significant difference (P〈0.05). The loss of the observation group was 0.24%, compared with 0.55%in the control group, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion:After placing optimization greatly enhance the degree of protection against ophthalmic device, without affecting the cleaning efficiency, and thus effectively control health care costs.
