摘要
目的:分析中西医结合合并手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选择我院2011年1月-2012年1月86例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据患者自愿分组,43例自愿选择中西医结合合并手法治疗的患者为研究组,其余43例患者为对照组,采用西药联合牵引治疗,所有患者均治疗2周后,根据《中医证治疗效标准》对治疗效果进行比较。结果:研究组临床治愈20例,显效15例,好转5例,总有效率达93.02%;治愈率与总有效率均高于对照组,两组治愈率与总有效率比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合是针对病因内外结合治疗的完美体现,在中药活血化瘀、通经活络、消肿止痛的同时,西药可有效控制急性期炎症及脱水等,结合手法治疗可使腰部肌肉和周围软组织得以充分放松,促进血液循环,效果明显好于单一方法治疗。
Objective：To analyze the combined approach Integrative in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods：Selected 86 patients of lumbar disc of the period from January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital.Randomly divided into two groups each for 43.The control group were treated with western medicine combined with traction therapy.While the researching group were treated with integrative medicine combined with technique.All patients were treated for two weeks and compared the effect according to the《TCM treatment efficiency standards》.Results：The researching group were clinically cured 20 cases,marked 15 cases and improved 5 cases. The total effective rate was 93.02%.The cure rate and total effective rate of the researching group were higher than that the control group which difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Integrative Medicine is the perfect embodiment of combined treatment both inside and outside for the cause.Chinese medicine can blood circulation,through the meridians and swelling pain.At the same time, the western medicine can also effectively control the acute phase of inflammation and dehydration. Combined with Massage therapy can relax the muscles,soft tissue and promote blood circulation which is significantly better than a single method of treatment.
