摘要
目的:观察稳心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭并发心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常患者56例,随机分为两组各28例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者在常规药物治疗基础上加用稳心颗粒,3个月后比较两组患者治疗前后的各项指标及不良反应。结果:两组LVEDd、LVEDs、LVEF和心律失常均较治疗前有明显好转(P<0.05);且观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭并发心律失常患者在常规治疗的基础上加用稳心颗粒,可有效改善患者症状和心功能,提高治疗效果,且不良反应少,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective：To observe the metacentre grain the curative effect of treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with cardiac arrhythmia.Methods：56 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group routine drug treatment, the observation group based on the conventional drugs used metacentric particles, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of each index and adverse reactions.Results：Two groups LVEDd,LVEDs,LVEF and arrhythmia were significantly improved compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）;The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with chronic heart failure complicated with cardiac arrhythmia and on the basis of conventional treatment with metacentre grain, can improve the effect of treatment, and less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion.
