低碳社区建设是低碳社会发展的重要内容。英国在向低碳经济社会转型过程中,积极推进低碳社区建设并积累了宝贵经验。其精髓可以概括为:以家庭节能减排为重点,坚持战略引领、立法保障、项目推动,构建政府引导、企业运作、家庭参与的低碳社区建设工作机制。这对中国低碳社区具有重要借鉴意义。
Low carbon community building is an important field of low carbon society development.The UK has accumulated valuable experience of low carbon community building in the transition to low carbon economy and society ,We should learn from the experience to promote our low carbon community,focus on household energy saving and emission reduction,and try our best to strengthen the top-level designs,drive the programmes implementation,perfect the laws and regulations,make an efficient operating mechanism,in order to achieve new successes in the building of low carbon community.
