摘要
目的:研究四逆散煎剂体外抗菌能力以及其对小鼠肠道菌群失调的作用。方法:通过打孔法研究四逆散煎剂的体外抗菌作用;应用林可霉素灌胃制备小鼠肠道菌群失调模型,然后以四逆散煎剂进行治疗,同时设阳性对照组以及正常对照组,于给药7天后处死小鼠,取新鲜粪便检测肠道正常菌群(肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌和乳杆菌)的变化。结果:大部分菌种的培养基平板上,从500mg/mL这个浓度开始产生了抑菌圈;用四逆散煎剂持续6天治疗后,小鼠肠道的有益菌双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的数量明显提高,与正常对照组比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:四逆散煎剂具有抗菌作用,四逆散煎剂能够促进肠道有益菌的生长,促进双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的增殖,具有调节肠道菌群失调的作用。
Objective： To reearch the antibacterial ability and the effect of inian decoction on intetinal flora of moue. Methods：The antibacterial effect of inian decoction in vitro waoberved by drilling method. Intetinal microbe dybioimice were contructed by intragat- ric admini tration of lincomycin. Then give the mice inian decoction and in the ame time nomal control, poitive control and pontaneou recovery group were et. After that, the treatment effect wa determined by the normal intetinal flora of freh fecal in the firt 10 day. Results：Mot of the medium plate were appeared bacteriotatic ring from the beginning of 500mg/mL, in addition to JM109. With treatment of inian decoction for ix day, the intetinal number of beneficial bacteria wa increaed ignificantly, and compared to the nor- mal control group, the difference wa not ignificant （repectively P〈0.05）. Conclusion.inian decoction ha antibacterial effect, inian decoction act a good microeoligial modulator, which not noly foter and promote the growth of the beneficial bacteria, but aIo adjut the intetinal dybacterioi effect .
