摘要
目的:探讨如何成功建立大鼠心肌梗死模型。方法:将64只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组4只、常规模型组30只和改进模型组30只,改进组大鼠麻醉后固定于鼠台,逆行气管插管后连接小动物呼吸机,开胸并结扎冠状动脉左前降支;常规组按照常规方法制备大鼠心肌梗死模型,4周后观察动物存活情况、心肌组织病理变化及心肌梗死面积。结果:改进组动物成活率明显高于常规组,手术时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05),病理切片可见心肌纤维断裂溶解,心肌细胞坏死,有炎性细胞浸润;心肌梗死面积为(24.25±3.23)%,与常规组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:该方法操作简单、快速、手术器材易得、创伤小、成功率高。
Objective:To shot -cut the method of establishing the animal model of myocardial infarction. Methods :64 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, routine group, mend group. After linking with respiration machine,left anterior descend- ing coronary artery was ligated. Survival, pathology and infarction area were done after four weeks. Results:The survival rate in mend group was obviously higher than that in routine group(P 〈 0. 05) , and the time of operation was distinctly shorter than that in routine group. After pathological sections were stained, there were necrosis of myocardial cells and infiltration of inflammatory cells. Myocardial infarction area was determined by(24.25±3.23 )% , and the same with routine group. Conclusion:Application of an improved tracheal intubation method simplified operation of tracheal intubation during preparation of myocardial infarction model in the rats. The trauma was tinier and the speed faster than the others, and the achievement ratio of the model preparation was improved.
