摘要
文章利用表面活性剂聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚丙烯酸(PAA)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)及十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)来制备高分散性MoS2粉末。采用高温热分解AgNO3,分别通过控制AgNO3分解和氢气保护下煅烧前驱物,制备出银包覆二硫化钼(Ag/MoS2)复合粉末。表面改性后MoS2粉末的分散性、复合粉体的微观形貌、组织结构采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X线衍射分析仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和选区电子衍射(SAED)进行测试。随着烧结温度的升高,银的结晶度和复合粉末的团聚度同时升高。对改性后的前驱物经过700℃、3h煅烧,发现经PEG+SDBS改性后的粉末包覆层致密均匀程度最好。
MoS2 powder and surface modifying agents of polyethylene glycol (PEG ) , polyacrylate (PAA) ,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) were respectively and complexly employed to prepare the high-dispersion MoS2 powder .By the control of AgNO3 decompo-sition and the calcination under H2 protection ,the composite powder of MoS2 coated with Ag (Ag/MoS2 ) was synthesized by the method of thermal decomposition .Dispersion of MoS2 powder after surface modification ,micro-morphology of composite powder and crystallization components were in-vestigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM ) ,X-ray diffractometer ,field emission scanning elec-tron microscope(FESEM) and selected area electron diffraction(SAED) .With the increase of temper-ature ,both silver crystallinity and aggregation of composite powder increased .Calcined at 700 ℃ for 3 h ,the silver coating of composite powder modified with both PEG and SDBS was the best of all .
