关于成人远程职业教育实践性教学的若干思考——基于会计学专科毕业生的问卷调查分析

摘要 成人远程职业教育是针对广大在职人员开放式、自主性学习的教育类型。实践教学是成人远程职业教育培养高素质技能型人才的重要途径,也是成人远程职业教育人才培养的特点。根据成人远程职业教育的特点,围绕"双证书"(即学生在获得学历教育证书的同时能够取得职业资格证书)人才培养目标优化设计实践教学课程体系,来改进实践教学方法及考评方法,加强教师队伍建设及校企合作,将充分发挥远程成人职业教育优势。 Adult long-distance vocational education aims at the open and autonomous learning of in-service staff. Practical teaching is the trait of adult long-distance vocational education and its important way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents. To achieve the target of bi-certificate talents, that is, students will get the education certificates of formal schooling as well as the professional certificates, this paper studies the features of adult long- distance vocational education and explores how to refne its curriculum system so as to improve its teaching and e- valuation methods, strengthen the construction of teaching staff and to enhance the co-operation between schools and enterprises.
