摘要
本文以乙酸乙烯酯 (VAC)、氯化甲基丙烯酸三甲胺乙酯 (TMC)为原料 ,采用无乳化剂乳液聚合法 ,合成了一系列 VAC- TMC阳离子共聚物 (PVT)乳液 ,观测了乳液的稳定性 ,测定了乳液的固含量和转化率。确定了合成最稳定、且固含量和转化率最高的 PVT乳液的最佳条件。通过电镜测定 ,PVT乳液为球形粒子 ,粒径为 90~ 1 80 nm。将 PVT乳液用于造纸废液的沉降处理 ,通过对沉降时间和透光度的测定可知 ,PVT乳液的用量为 0 .0 0 8%时 。
A series of cationic copolymers based on vinyl acetate(VAC) and trimethylaminoethyl methacrylate chloride(TMC) were synthesized by emulsifiter-free emulsion polymerization. The stability and convertibility of PVT emulsion were determined. The optimum condition of synthesis of PVT emulsion was discovered. The PVT emulsion as a kind of flocculants was applied to waste water treatment of paper mill, and the precipitation time and transmittancy were measured. The optimum value of PVT emulsion that is able to turn the waste water into clear water is 0.008%.
