摘要 分析线路阻抗稳定网络(LISN)的电路结构,提出了LISN受试端阻抗的定义,并根据矢量网络分析仪测量阻抗的校准方法,针对阻抗测量系统自校正端面不理想的问题,采用电长度补偿技术改进测量精度。 The circuit of line impedance stabilization network ( LISN ) is analyzed, and the definition of EUT-port impedance is given. The calibration method by using vector network analyzer ( VNA ) to measure LISN's impedance is also described. In order to reduce the influence of self-cal port, the method of electrical length compensation is introduced to improve measurement accuracy
