摘要
[目的]观察半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照研究,将150例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组75例甲氰米呱片,0.1g/次,3次/d。土霉素片,0.5g/次,3次/d。干酵母片,0.9g/次,3次/d。治疗组75例半夏泻心汤(半夏、黄连各10g,黄芩9g,干姜10g,党参15g,炙甘草10g,大枣7枚);1剂/d,水煎120mL,早晚口服。热象偏重去党参加大黄10g;寒象偏重加吴茱萸3.5g;气滞加香附、木香各10g;黑便加白及10g,煅瓦楞子15g。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈31例,显效21例,有效18例,无效5例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈22例,显效16例,有效23例,无效14例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃病效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe this decoction soup for treating chronic stomach disease curative effect. [ Methods ] Using randomized parallel controlled analysis, will be 150 clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group, 75 cases of armor cyanogen m gung, 0.1g/time, 3 times/d. Terramycin tablets, 0.5 g/time, 3 times/d. Dry yeast, 0.9 g/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group, 75 cases of this decoction heart soup （Banxia, Huanglian each 10g, Huangqin 9g, Ganjiangl0g, Dangshen 15g, Zhigancao log, 7 pieces of Dazao, focuses on hot like the went to Dangshen for Dahuang 10g; cold like lay particular stress on add Wuzhuyu 3.5g; spiced with Xiangfu, Muxiang; black bletilla Baiji 10g, Duanwalengzi 15g ）, 1/ d, boiling water 120 ml, oral sooner or later. Both groups of continuous treatment 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. 4 courses of continuous treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group （ 31 cases were cured, 21 cases were markedly effective, 18 patients effectively,invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate was 93.33%. Control group recover 22 cases, 16 cases had marked effect, effectively and 23 cases, 14 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 83.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Heart this decoction soup for treating chronic stomach disease effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
