摘要
[目的]观察当归拈痛汤治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎疗效。[方法]将36例住院患者予当归拈痛汤(当归15g,黄柏10g,茵陈、苍术、白术各15g,猪苓、泽泻、升麻、葛根、苦参、羌活、防风各10g,赤芍、地龙各15g,知母10g,甘草6g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。热毒重加金银花、连翘、蒲公英;肿甚加防己、萆薢;气虚征象加黄芪、党参;肝郁气滞加香附、青皮;条索坚硬,结节明显,疼痛剧烈者,加延胡索、三棱;肾阳虚加制附子、肉桂、淫羊藿、巴戟天。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈20例,显效10例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率97.22%。[结论]当归拈痛汤治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎效果显著,值得推广。

[ Methods ] 36 cases of hospitalized patients with angelica came pain soup （ DangguilSg, HuangbailOg, Yinchen, Cangzhu, Baizhu each 15g, Zhuling, Zexie, Shengma, Gegen, Kushen, Qianghuo, Fangfeng each lOg, Chishao, Dilong each 15g, Zhimu 10g, Gancao 6g ） ; 1/d, boiling water 200 ml, oral sooner or later, toxic heat plus honeysuckle, Jinyinhua, Lianqiao, Pugongying; deficiency of signs and FangjiBixie; liver depression and qi stagnation and Huangqi, Dangshen; hard cords, nodules, pain, Yanhusuo, Sanleng; kidney Yang deficiency and Zhifuzi, Rougui, Yinyanghuo, Bajitian.Continuous treatment of 14d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 20 cases cured, 10 cases were markedly improved, effective in 5 cases, and 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 97.22%. [ Conclusion ] Came pain angelica soup treating lower limb thrombophlebitis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
