摘要
采用交联剂戊二醛将漆酶固载在Fe3O4/SiO2纳米粒子上,用于偶氮荧光桃红的脱色降解研究.试验结果表明,固定化漆酶对10~70mg· L-1偶氮荧光桃红脱色率均可达到90%以上,降解率可达到70%,降解效果明显,而且固定化漆酶能够重复使用.染料的脱色反应动力学满足一级反应动力学规律,固定化漆酶催化偶氮荧光桃红的脱色反应米氏常数Km值为567.27mg· L-1.
The degradation of azophloxine in the presence of laccase immobilized on the amino-modified magnetic Fe3O4/SiO2 nanoparticles was investigated in this study. When the concentration of azophioxine was in the 10-70mg ·L-1,the decolorization percentage of azophioxine by immobilized laccase could reach over 90% and degradation percentage could reach 70% in sequential eight cycles. In the meantime, the kinetics of decolorization reaction was generally corresponding with first order reaction kinetics models. The Km values of immobilized laccase for azophioxine was 567.27mg. L-1.
