摘要
在安全保护电力设备、稳定运行电网中,继电保护发挥着关键作用。若误动或拒动继电保护,可能会严重损坏电网。若电力设备本身故障,电力设备也可能在拒动操作下损毁严重。正确操作继电保护,需要保护装置的质量可靠、技术成熟,还应提高管理水平,操作、调试正确,避免人为的误整定、误碰与误接线。文章通过误动事故案例的分析,寻求事故发生原因,提出几点对策。
Relay protection plays a key role in protecting the safty of electrical equipment and stable operation of the power grid. The malfunction or missing operation of relay protection may cause serious damage to the power grid. If there are malfunction for power device itself,electrical equipment may also severely damaged when missing operation happ ened refuse to move under the operating. Reliable quality and mature technology of protector are needed for correct operation of relay protection,the need to protect the quality of the device,improving management level,correct operation,correct debugging and avoiding personal error are also important. This paper analyzes the case of malfunction,seeks cause of the accident and puts forward some countermeasures.
