摘要 蜡乳液具有良好的流动性、高度分散性和乳液稳定性等特点,在纺织、化工、医药等领域得到广泛应用。本文以#54石蜡为原料制备了稳定的亚微粒子石蜡乳液;考察了乳化剂的类型、用量、乳化温度、时间以及搅拌速度等对乳化效果的影响。结果表明:乳化工艺条件为乳化剂(司盘60和吐温60)用量为石蜡质量的30%~35%,温度为85℃,搅拌速度为200~300r/m i n,乳化时间为20~30m i n;偏光显微镜测试表明乳液微粒呈现均匀的球形分布;激光粒度分析仪分析表明乳液粒径主要分布范围在0.1~0.5μm。 Wax emulsions had been widely used in the ifelds of textile, chemical industry and medication etc. duo to its good lfuidity, excellent dispersivity and stability. In this article, a stable submicron particle parafifn wax emulsion was prepared using #54 parafifn as raw material. The effects on emulsiifcation of the type and content of emulsiifer, the temperature and time of emulsiifcation, stirring speed were investigated. The results indicate that the optimum condition is as follow:the content of compounded emulsiifer (span 60 and Tween 80) 30%~35% (mass) of paraffin, emulsification temperature 85℃, steering speed 200~300 r/min and emulsiifcation time 20~30 minutes. Polarized-light microscopy showed that emulsion particles were well-distributed in sphericity. Laser particle size analyzer indicated that size distribution scope of emulsion particles is mainly in 0.1~0.5μm.
