摘要
为监测某医疗器械在患者体内的运行状况,研究一种通过无刷直流电机负载电流变化判断设备运行状态的评估方法。分析无刷直流电机工作特性及负载电流特性,建立系统数学模型和仿真模型,并通过仿真及实验结果分析,研究表明,作为动力源的无刷直流电机直流母线负载电流的变化与心脏的搏动及其泵的生物相容性有着密不可分的关系。通过监测负载电流的变化,可以实现对患者的心脏状况及其泵的运行状况进行有效评估。
To monitoring how a kind of device run in patient,researched an evaluating way which was judging the running state of the device by monitoring the current changes of Brushless DC Motor (BLDC).Through analyzing the BLDC operating features and the load current features,setting up system mathematical model and simulation model,analyzing the simulation and experiment results,shows that the load current changes of BLDC as actuating unit is closely related to the cardiac impulse and the biocompatibility of pump.It concludes that monitoring the load current changes is an effective way to evaluating patient's heart and the device.
