中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎38例

摘要 过敏性紫癜性肾炎是继发性肾小球疾病中的一种常见病、多发病，多由免疫引起的肾脏变态反应，肾小球内免疫复合物弥漫性沉淀导致的肾脏损害，如不及时治疗，可导致肾功能损害。本病现代医学多以糖皮质激素及对症治疗为主，易复发，难治愈，而采用中西医结合治疗方法不仅疗效确切，不易复发。笔者从2010～2012年采用中西医结合的方法治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎38例，取得了较满意的疗效。
