摘要
通过用实验室热处理试验来模拟水钢高速线材厂吐丝温度和吐丝后的辊道冷却速度,研究了加热温度、冷却速度对ER70S-6合金焊丝钢用盘条的强度的影响。为在现场生产中调整吐丝温度和吐丝后的辊道冷却速度提供了依据。
In this paper, the effect of heat temperature and cooling speed on strength of ER70S-6 alloy welding wire was studied by heat-treatment in laboratory simulating loop-laying temperature and cooling speed on roller after loop-laying in high speed wire plant, so as to serve for deciding the laying temperature and cooling speed on roller in field.
