摘要
思想政治工作是一切工作的生命线,是企业有效完成战略目标,健康持续发展的有力保障。国有地勘企业肩负着国家战略资源保障的历史使命,为做好其思想政治工作,应强化三心意识,通过"强核心,贴人心,抓中心",助推国家找矿突破行动的有效实施。
Ideological and political work is the lifeblood of all work , is the forceful guarantee to complete the enterprises’ strategy targets effectively and the powerful guarantee to develop healthily and sustainable .State-owned geological exploration Enterprises shouldering the historical mission of ensuring the national strategy resources supply . To do the ideological and political work well among those departments ,we should strengthen the consciousness of Three-heart （enhance the core’s heart ,close to workers’heart and seize the work’s heart） to boost the effective implementation of the national prospecting breakthrough action .
