摘要
采用种子聚合法制备具有核壳结构的聚丙烯酸酯乳液。通过引入交联单体和优化核壳结构,有效解决涂料染色黏合剂热粘冷脆,以及手感与牢度不能兼顾等问题。结果表明,采用种子聚合法可制备稳定性较好的聚丙烯酸酯乳液,其中m(MMA)17%,m(BA)21%,m(GMA)7%,核层中单体用量为21%,其中软硬单体比例m(BA)∶m(MMA)=1∶4。
A polyacrylate pigment dyeing adhesive is prepared by the core-shell emulsion polymerization, and good application performance with cold-resistant and heat-resisting, good handle and fastness can be obtained by adjusting the ratio of crosslinking monomer and a core-shell structure. The results show that the optimized polyacrylate emulsion with good stability can be prepared with m( MMA ): m(BA): m( GMA) = 17 : 21:7, the amount of monomers in the core is 21%, and the appropriate ratio of m( BA): m(MMA) is 1:4.
