关于烤箱加热的传热模型及器皿最优秀形状选择问题的研究 被引量:6

摘要 从机理角度对烤箱内食物加热问题进行分析,并建立基于稳态热传导方程的传热模型,根据有限元算法运用MATLAB进行求解,给出了加热过程中几种典型形状食物的热能分布情况并得出圆形为器皿最优形状. We have made a study of the food heating in an oven. A thermal conduction model is constructed based on a 2 - D steady thermal conduction equation. By means of MATLAB based on the finite element algorithm, thermal distribution in the foods of some typical shapes has been detected. We conclude that circle is the optimal shape of a vessel.
