摘要
经过30多年变迁,我国社会已发生深刻变化,转型加速期产生的弱势群体问题、民生问题、利益分配问题、社会风险激增和"结构原子化"五大现实,已成为当前社会管理创新不可回避的关照点。在加强弱者保护、发展民生事业、调节利益矛盾、预防和化解风险,以及社会再组织化过程中,作为现代助人事业的社会工作理应有所作为,说明社会管理创新所指向的这些现实议题为社会工作的协同参与提供了良好空间。
A lot of profound changes have taken place in Chinese society over 30 years of changing. The five current situations have been appearing in the accelerating period of social transformation, including vulnerable group＇ s problem, the people＇s livelihood issue, unfair distribution, social risk increasing continually and social structure atomization, and also have become inevitable focus in social management innovation. As a modem cause of helping others, social work ought to do something in the process of strengthening the protection to the weak, developing the effort of people~ livelihood, adjusting the contradictions caused by interests, preventing and dissolving the so- cial risk and reorganizing social structure. It also suggests that above five actual problems pointing by social manage- ment innovation can provide a good space for collaborative participation of social work.
