摘要
目的了解社区健康检査人群血液生化指标水平及其特点，初步评估该人群健康状况。方法对上海市浦东新区某 社区14 207名健康检查人群13项血液生化指标检测结果进行统计分析。结果13项生化指标总体检测异常率均低于0.05%。女性丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）活力显著低于男性;60岁以下人群显著低于60岁以上人群。女性碱性磷酸酶（ALP）活 力显著高于男性。女性谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）活力显著低于男性;91 - 100岁组显著低于其他年龄组和平均水平。30？45 岁组尿素氮（BUN）显著低于其他年龄组，91？100岁组显著高于其他年龄组水平。女性肌酐（CREA）显著低于男性;30- 60岁组显著低于其他年龄组。女性尿酸（UA）显著高于男性;76 -100岁组显著高于其他年龄组及平均水平。女性甘油三 酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）水平显著高于男性;91？100岁组TG显著低于其他年龄组及平均水平，30？45岁组TG显著髙于 平均水平。结论浦东新区某社区14 207名进行体检的居民健康状态良好。同时也发现年龄越大生化指标越容易偏离 主体人群的平均水平范围。提示应在该社区对不同性别、不同年龄组高危人群有针对性地进行健康教育与疾病预防保健,预防慢性疾病的发生。
[ Objective ] To understand the levels and characteristics of blood biochemical parameters among health examination pop？ulation in community, carry out a preliminary assessment on the health status of this population. [ Methods] The health examination results of 13 blood biochemical parameters among 14 207 people in a community of Pudong New Area of Shanghai were analyzed sta？tistically. [Results ] The abnormal rates of all 13 blood biochemical parameters were lower than 0. 05% . ALT activity of females was significantly lower than that of males, while ALT activity in people below 60 years old was significantly lower than that in people o- ver 60 years old. ALP activity of females was significantly higher than that of males. GGT activity of females was significantly lower than that of males, while GGT activity in 91-100 year-old age group was significantly lower than that of other age groups and the av？erage level. The level of BUN in 30-45 year-old age group was significantly lower than that of other age groups, while the level in 91-100 year-old age group was significantly higher than that of other age groups. The level of CREA in females was significantly lower than that in males, and the level in 30-60 year-old age group was significantly lower than that of other age groups. The level of UA in females was significantly higher than that of males,while the level in 76-100 year-old age group was significantly higher than that of other age groups and the average level. The levels of TG and TC in females were significantly higher than those of males, TG level in 91-100 year-old age group was significantly lower than that of other age groups and the average level, and TG level in 30-45 year-old age group was significantly higher than the average level. [ Conclusion] 14 207 residents who received the health examination in a community of Pudong New Area have good health status.
