摘要 目的建立食品中镉和铬的微波消解一石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。方法样品加硝酸经微波消解,石墨炉原子吸收光 谱法测定镉和铬含量。结果该法的线性范围:镉为0.5-5.0 jμg/L,铬为1.0-15.0 μg/L;方法检出限:镉为0.05 μg/L, 铬为0.20 μg/L, 。结论微波消解一石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中镉和铬灵敏度高,准确、快捷。 [ Objective ] To establish a method for determination of cadmium and chromium in food by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [Methods]The samples were treated by microwave digestion with nitric acid, and the con tents of cadmium and chromium were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Results ] The linear range of cadmium and chromium was 0. 5-5.0 μg/L and 1.0-15.0 μg/L,respectively. The detection limit of cadmium and chromium was 0.05 |xg/L and 0.20 pug/L, respectively. [ Conclusion] The method is simple and rapid with good accuracy.
