摘要 本试验分析了数据库中 62个微卫星的杂合程度、等位基因数、等位基因范围和信息配子数与试验群中相应微卫星的祖代公牛杂合子比例和信息配子数的相关程度 ,其中祖代公牛杂合子比例与信息配子数相关程度密切 ,相关系数为 0 .94 0达极显著水平。结果表明为使在试验群体中测定的微卫星具有较多的信息配子数 ,可采用二步法选择微卫星 ,首先从参考文献中根据微卫星的杂合程度和等位基因数进行初选 。 The relationships among heterozygosity, number of allele, range of allele-length and informative meioses in 62 microsatellites from database and experimental pouplation were analyzed in this study, the highest correlation coefficient was found between heterozygosity of grandsire and the informative meioses in the experimental pouplation, which was 0.940 with high significance. This result suggested that the two steps should be taken for selecting microsatellites with high informative meoises. The microsatellites should be primarily chosen according to the heterozygosity and number of allele from the database or the reference. Then the selection could be finally made according to heterozygosity of grandsire from experimental population.
