不同剂量“明睛颗粒”对激光诱导实验性脉络膜新生血管的干预研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察不同剂量"明睛颗粒"对激光诱导Brown Norwa(BN)大鼠CNV形成的抑制作用。方法采用随机对照研究。40只成年雄性BN大鼠用氩激光进行实验性CNV造膜后,将其随机分为模型组、明睛颗粒低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组4组,每组10只。模型组每日用蒸馏水、其余3组分别用明睛颗粒低、中、高剂量进行灌胃,每日2次。4W后进行眼底彩照、FFA检查、脉络膜铺片,定量检测激光诱导脉络膜新生血管面积。结果 BN大鼠激光后4周;各组CNV渗漏及脉络膜铺片面积比较,各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两两比较,中剂量组和模型组相比,CNV面积小于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),低剂量和高价剂量组与模型组比较,CNV面积差别不大,没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 "明睛颗粒"对激光诱导BN大鼠CNV有一定的抑制作用,但和剂量有一定的关系,中剂量组效果最好。 OBJECTIVE To observe the inhibition effect of Mingjing granule with different doses on the development of experimental CNV induced by laser. METHODS The 40 BN rats were induced CNV by laser photocoagulation. Then they were divided into 4 groups as model group, low dose Mingjing granule group, medium dose MJKL group, and high dose Mingjing granule group. The BN rats in model group were gavaged by distilited water, and the rats in the other three groups were fed MJG which doses were low, midium and high respectively. After 4 weeks treatment, the mice were examined by FFA and blood vessel quantitative analysis of choroidal stretched preparation. RESULTS Four weeks after laser photocoagulation, CNV areas of the groups were calculated respectively, we found that the CNV area of medium group was smaller than that of the control group (P〈0.05). However, there was no sig- nificant difference when low dose Mingjing granule group and high dose Mingjing granule group compared with control group respectively(P〉0.05 ). CONCLUSIONS MJG could inhibit experimental CNV of BN mice. The effect was related with Mingjing granule doses, and the medium dose was the best choice.
