腮腺局灶性腺瘤样嗜酸细胞增生1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性,66岁,因右侧耳垂后下方渐增性肿物伴疼痛、皮肤烧灼感10天余入院.体检：面形左右不对称,右侧腮腺后下极略肿大,可触及一肿物,1.5cm×1.0cm大小,质地中等,表面呈结节状,活动度欠佳,稍有压痛,肤色及肤温正常,无面神经侵犯体征.超声检查示右腮腺囊实性结节.临床诊断：右腮腺占位,嗜酸细胞瘤？混合瘤？予右腮腺肿物切除术. 病理检查眼观：送检灰褐色肿物1块,1.5 cm×1.2cm×1 cm大小,切面灰白色,质地中等,边界清楚,包膜不完整.
