摘要
用 2 0 %聚乙二醇 (PEG)— 6 0 0 0预处理苇状羊茅种子后 ,对其种子活力及生理生化方面研究的结果表明 :PEG预处理可提高种子发芽率和发芽指数 ,可降低电导率和丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,可提高脱氢酶的活性。这说明该方法可减缓脂质过氧化、促进生物膜顺利修复 ;可提高参与萌发的酶的活性 ,从而使代谢正常启动。这样 。
The tall fescue seeds are pretreated by 20% PEG—6000.The results indicated that the pretreatment of PEG could improve sprouting ratio and sprouting index of tall fescue seeds,decrease conductance and content of MDA,increase activity of dehydrogenase. These showed that lipid peroxidation was slow down,biomembrance repaired easily,germination enzyme activity improved and so metabolism promoted normally.Then,this could improve seed vitality much better.
