摘要
微信支付作为2013年度互联网创新大奖产品,是一种新型的金融服务手段,与移动社交、LBS、O2O,以及传统行业相结合,有着大量创新的应用场景。在2014年伊始微信红包点爆移动支付市场之前,本文以问卷加访谈方式收集了以中青年消费群体为主的意见,构建出微信支付用户采纳模型(TAM)。该模型为微信支付在短时间内构建标准规范的解决方案提供了科学的依据,对不仅仅是微信本身,还包括企业商家这样的合作伙伴改善服务内容的帮助,提高用户使用度和满意度。
Wechat payment, which has won the 2013 Internet Innovation Product Award, is a new method of financial service. It can be combined with mobile social networking, LBS, 020 and even traditional industries. So, there will be a lotof innovative application scenarios. Before the event of wechat lucky money envelope early in 2014; which really detonated mobile payment market, this paper collects the opinions mainly from the young consumer groups by questionnaires and interviews, then conducts a model of Wechat payment useracceptance (TAM). This model provides a scientific basis for Wechat payment to build a solution of standard specifications in a short time.What's more, not only the Wechat itself, but also corporate partners, this model can help them to improve services, use and satisfaction of users.
