摘要
为提出科学合理的棒线材钢厂设备量化配置,使其运行系统更加连续、紧凑、高效,以X钢厂高炉—连铸界面各工序为研究对象,运用工序能力核算方法和产能匹配原则,分别对年产200万t和160万t的棒线材钢厂高炉—连铸界面的设备生产能力进行核算,得出120万t棒材和80万t线材产能条件下合理的设备配置方案以及100万t棒材和60万t线材产能条件下合理的设备配置方案。
In order to put forward scientific and reasonable equipment configure of rod and wire steel plant,which can realize the steel plant continuous-compact-efficient operation,this article take the e-quipment between X steel plant′s blast furnace (BF)and continuous caster (CC)interface as the re-search object.The equipment production capacity of 2 million and 1.6 million steel plants were analyzed by using accounting method and capacity matching principle.At last,the scientific and reasonable equip-ment configure of 2 million (1.2 million rod plus 0.8 million wire)and 1.6 million (1 million rod plus 0.6 million wire)are acquired.The methods and results of this article can provide support for improve-ment and reconstruction of rod and wire steel plant.
