摘要 针对我国风电测试技术及故障诊断技术相对落后的现状,提出了基于噪声检测进行故障诊断的方法。研究了IEC 61400-11风力发电机组噪声测量技术标准,阐述了噪声检测的测量方法,分析了利用噪声进行机组故障诊断的可行性及诊断步骤,提出了基于小波分析的故障信号提取方法。现场信号的测量、分析与仿真表明,该方法有效可行,具有一定的工程应用价值。 Aiming at the relatively backward status of testing technology and fault diagnosis technology for wind power generation in our country, the fault diagnosis method based on noise detection is put forward. The IEC 61400-11 standard for noise measurement technology of wind turbines is researched;the measuring method of noise detection is elaborated and the feasibility and diagnosis procedures of fault diagnosis for generation unit by adopting noise are analysed, the fault signal extraction method based on wavelet analysis is proposed. Through measuring, analysing and simulation of the field signals, it is verified that this method is effective and feasible, it possesses certain applicable value.
