病情活动性评分在类风湿关节炎患者治疗中的应用 被引量：9

摘要 近20多年来出现了许多类风湿关节炎（rheumatoidarthritis，RA）病情活动性评估方法，但大多未能在临床工作中得到普及。为此，2012年美国风湿病学会（AmericanCollegeofRheumatology，ACR）推出了RA病情活动性评分方法的推荐指南，旨在促进临床推广应用这些评分，以规范RA的病情判断。本文重点介绍ACR最新推荐的6种评分方法及如何在临床中推广应用。
