脂联素对2型糖尿病心肌病变的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 脂联素(adiponectin,ANP)具有胰岛素增敏、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗炎症等作用,它可以通过多种机制对糖尿病心肌病变起到保护作用。本文概述了脂联素通过抑制心肌纤维化改善糖尿病性心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DCM)这一领域的研究进展。
