超声刀在甲状腺癌手术中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:本文探讨在甲状腺癌根治术中使用超声刀注意事项、疗效和并发症的情况。方法采用前瞻式随机对照分组研究方法,对本医院普外一科在2009年1月~2012年12月期间完成甲状腺癌手术的110例患者(其中使用超声刀57例,常规手术53例)的临床资料进行分析,比较手术的时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、并发症发生率及随访3个月、半年、2年患者的复发率。结果使用超声刀组(实验组)进行手术的手术时间、出血量及术后引流量均明显少于对照组,并发症发生率差异无统计学意义。结论在甲状腺癌根治术中使用超声刀安全、有效,缩短手术时间。 Objectve To approach the announcements, the curative effect and the complication of ultrasonically activated scalpel (UAS) in cure the thyroid carcinoma Methods By the prospective cohort study, 110 cases undergoing cure to the thyroid carcinoma during January 2009 to December 2012 in the Department of General Surgery were enrolled and their clinical data were analyzed. They were divided into two groups randomly before operation:57 cases in ultrasonic. Results The mean operative time, hemorrhage and discharge volume Compared with the conventional operation was shouter than the number of harvested lymph nodes in patients treated with ultracision harmonic scalpel ,The complication has no statistics difference. Conclusion The usage of ultracision harmonic scalpel which is safe, utility and save time in curing thyroid carcinoma.
