摘要
本文以强化高校实践教学管理,提高学生实践能力,满足社会对人才发展的需求为目的,在分析新时期高等教育大众化背景下高校实践教学管理现状的基础上,阐述了实践教学在育人方面的重要性,针对高校实践教学管理存在的问题,提出了一些对策建议,着重从实践教学体系、实践教学规章制度、实践教学师资和管理队伍、实践内容与项目、实践教学质量监控、校内外实践活动等方面加以改进与提高,不断提高实践教学质量和实践效果,为学生实践能力和综合素质的培养提供保证。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of uni-versity practice teaching management in the new era of higher education popularization,the paper explained the importance of the practice teaching management on education in order to strengthen university practice teaching management and im-prove the practical ability of students,so as to meet the talent development need of the society.According to the problems in university practice teaching management,some countermeasures were put forward to strengthen and improve the practice teaching quality and effect,and provide guarantees for the cultivation of undergraduates＇ practical ability and comprehensive quality, mainly focusing on the practice teaching system,practice teach-ing regulations,practice teaching faculty and management staff, practic teaching content and projects,practice teaching quality control,and intramural and out-of-school practice teaching.
