摘要
利用计算机仿真模拟技术,研制了基于windows平台的陶瓷釉料工艺仿真系统。该系统改变传统工艺实验相对繁琐耗时的实验模式,实现陶瓷工艺实验方法的多元化,具备部分替代实物实验,减少能耗等优点。结果表明,仿真实验系统与实物实验相互配合,可提高实验效率,为打造全新的"低碳"陶瓷工艺实验技术提供条件,具有一定的推广价值。
The ceramic glaze materials process simulation system was developed by computer simulation technology.The system can promote ceramic technology experiment method of diversity instead of relatively complicated and time-consuming experimental mode in traditional process experiment.The system can alternative forms experiment, reduce energy consumption and so on. The results show that the simulation experiment system act in concert with physical experiment, it can improve the efficiency and provide the conditions for experiment technology of new ceramic technology with low carbon.So it is worth being popularized.
