能力验证是利用实验室间比对确定实验室的校准/检测能力或检查机构的检测能力。能力验证活动包括能力验证计划、实验室间比对和测量审核。作为评价实验室技术能力的重要手段之一,能力验证活动越来越得到重视,能力验证结果的统计评价方法也越来越受到关注。通过概述能力验证在评价实验室技术能力中的重要地位,着重讨论了E_n值和稳健Z比分数这两个结果评价参数,经过分析给出了详细的评价结果,为保证能力验证计划的顺利进行提供了参考。
