摘要
从高职学生的特点出发,运用裴斯泰洛奇"教育爱"思想,并以"爱心教育"为核心,探讨了高职辅导员工作,指出:高职辅导员工作的关键在于发自内心的情感投入,尊重学生的人格,赏识学生的优点,宽容学生的错误,做到严慈相济。
“Love Education”and with love education as the core, this paper discusses the work of counselors in voca-tional colleges. It points out that the key of counselors’ work lies in the emotional engagement from the heart, the respect of students’ personality, the appreciation of students’ merits, tolerance of students’ mistakes, which requires both strictness and kindness.
