摘要
研制了一种独立太阳能电池板自动跟踪太阳光线以及独立光伏装置的远程监控系统;系统以MSP430单片机为控制终端的核心控制器,采用光敏电阻采集光强,利用GSM通信网络传输独立光伏系统的故障信息到管理员手机;详细阐述了系统的光强采集、控制器以及GSM短信息系统的硬件设计思想以及软件设计流程;做出了样机进行测试,样机运行结果表明系统能实时的自动跟踪太阳光线使之垂直照射在电池板上,并且能够实时、准确地把系统故障信息发送到管理员手机;该系统对电网来能普及的偏远山区的用户用电、山林防火和防盗设备的供电、铁路沿线的照明用电等具有重要实际意义和推广价值。
A stand--alone photovohaic system with a function of automatic tracking solar rays and a function of remote monitoring is ressarched . The system adopts MSP430 MCU as the core controller and uses potosensitive resistance sampling intensity and uses GSM com- munication network transmission fault information to the administrator' s mobile phone . This paper elaborats system' s software design flow and hardware design of intensity collection, controller , GSM short information system. The experimental prototype is done, the test results show that the system can automatically track the sun' s rays to vertical irradiaton on cell board and can real--time sends fault infor- mation to the administrator' s mobile phone. The system has good application foreground and popularization value for mountain users of grid electricity failling to reach, the equipment of forest fire and security, railway' s lighting and so on
