Li-,Sb-和Ta-共掺杂(K,Na)NbO_3陶瓷的低温烧结

摘要 采用水基溶胶-凝胶法合成的Li-,Sb-和Ta-共掺杂的(K,Na)NbO3(LTS-KNN)纳米粉体,在1000℃低温烧结2h,成功制备出高性能的(Na0.52K0.44Li0.04)(Nb0.86Ta0.06Sb0.08)O3无铅压电陶瓷,它的d33,kp,k,tanδ,Pr,Ec及相对密度分别达到311pC/N,46.8%,1545,0.024,15.1μC/cm2,1.21kV/mm及98.6%。 Li-, Sb- and Ta- modified (K, Na)NbO3 (LTS-KNN) nano-powder was prepared using a wa- ter-based sol-gel method. High performance Na0.52 K0.44 Li0.04) (Nb0.86 Ta0.0e Sb0.08)O3 ceramic was success- fully prepared at a low sintering temperature of 1000*C for 2 h by use of the nanopowder, and its d33, kp, k,tanδ, Pr, Ec and relative density are 311 pC/N, 46.8%, 1545, 0. 024, 15.1μC/cm2, 1.21 kV/mm and 98.6% respectively.
