摘要
水利工程质量检验、检测是确保工程实体质量、工程质量等级、工程验收的重要依据。浙江省龙游县结合小型水利工程质量检验、检测管理特点,创新工作思路,结合当地实情,规范了小型水利工程质量检验、检测管理制度,对存在问题进行分析和探讨,提出了检验、检测进行动态管理的设想。
Test and detection in project quality is the foundation for safeguarding quality of main works and acceptance inspection of constructed project in order to reach a high quality. In Longyou County of Zhejiang Province, innovative approaches have been adopted for test and detection of small waterworks combined with the local conditions. Management system for quality test and detection has been regulated concerning to the existed problems, with a proposal of carrying dynamic management in the future.
